Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident and beautiful in every piece you purchase; if your order isn't quite right, you can return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully fold your items into their original packaging and include the completed return slip to ensure your refund is processed quickly.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been confirmed via email.
